I had the pleasure of having an online session with Cary Ouellette. I am not new to these types of sessions, but I was surprised that this had a slightly different approach and that I actually got a very helpful AH moment regarding my deep-rooted patterns. I also very much liked Cary's energy, which even though it was online, had a very calming effect on me. I also loved her voice. I can really recommend you give Cary's work a try!

The subconscious is the part of our minds that makes decisions without our needing to actively think about them. It's different from the conscious mind, which encompasses the thoughts we know we are having at any given moment.

People often feel "lighter" from a session or class. However, we are all different and your experience can be unique to you. Others have experienced yawning, laughing, crying during sessions and after being tired or energized. It is important to listen to your body and slow down if needed. Drinking plenty of water, moving your body, and using essential oils are all beneficial after a session/class.
